Founder & Chief Architect

Alireza founded OrchIntel with one clear belief: AI systems, no matter how advanced, need to be held to the same standards as human decision-makers. His experience in distributed systems and enterprise architecture showed a major flaw. While AI models became much more powerful, the infrastructure for overseeing them stayed reactive and focused on compliance, rather than providing real assurance in real-time.

What sets Alireza apart in leading OrchIntel is not just his technical knowledge. He also has a fresh view on what AI governance should be. Instead of simply adding compliance checks to existing systems, he built IOA from the ground up. This includes unchangeable audit trails, cryptographic proof generation, and policy enforcement that occurs continuously, not after decisions are made. This method shifts governance from being a hassle to becoming a competitive advantage.

With his technical guidance, OrchIntel created the only governance kernel that sees compliance as an ongoing process instead of an issue to tackle later. He understood that effective AI governance needs to be as rigorous as operating system kernels; it must be predictable, verifiable, and resistant to tampering. This architectural insight is why IOA can deliver signed evidence bundles that auditors actually trust.
