Latency & SLA Information
Typical P95 enforcement latency varies by LLM vendor, prompt size, and retry strategy:
- Single-model enforcement: <500ms (P95) for most operations
- 3-model Quorum consensus: 2-5 seconds (models run in parallel)
- 5-model Quorum consensus: 3-7 seconds (high-risk operations)
SLAs: Trust tier includes custom SLAs for uptime (99.9%+), support response (1-4 hour), and evidence delivery. Scale tier operates on best-effort basis with no SLA guarantees.

Bring Your Own LLM (BYO-LLM)
Provider Freedom
IOA Cloud works with any LLM provider: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Cohere, or self-hosted models. You control the API keys, provider routing, and costs.
How It Works
Configure your provider endpoints in the IOA console. We route requests through your keys and only see anonymized metadata (prompt length, response time, policy results). Your prompts and completions never touch our infrastructure.
Cost Structure
You pay your LLM provider directly (e.g., $0.01-0.06 per 1k tokens). IOA charges only for governance overhead (enforcement, evidence generation, storage). Full BYO-LLM documentation →

Common questions about IOA Cloud pricing and features
Data ownership & residency
You own all your data, evidence bundles, and governance artifacts. IOA Cloud stores evidence in your chosen region (US, EU, or Asia-Pacific) with end-to-end encryption. Evidence bundles are cryptographically signed for tamper-evidence and can be exported at any time. We never train models on your data or use it for any purpose other than providing the service.
Switching plans & overages
You can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. If you exceed your monthly request quota, requests are rate-limited (not blocked) and you'll receive an email notification. You can add Capacity Packs ($39 per +25k requests) or upgrade to a higher tier.
BYO-LLM keys & costs
IOA Cloud pricing covers governance infrastructure only. You bring your own LLM API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Cohere, etc.) and get billed directly by LLM providers for model usage. Our pricing includes policy enforcement, evidence generation, storage, and platform features. For Enterprise customers, we can provide managed LLM access with volume pricing.
Regulated cartridges availability (Enterprise)
Scale includes GDPR and SOC 2 aligned control packs. Additional regulated cartridges (HIPAA, EU AI Act, Financial Services) are available as Compliance Pack add-ons ($59/month) for Scale, or included with Trust (Enterprise) plans. Trust plans start at $25k/year and include broader jurisdictional cartridge coverage with industry-specific policies and evidence workflows. Contact our sales team for a customized quote.
SOC 2 / ISO programs & trust center
IOA Cloud provides controls and reporting support for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs. Our trust center (trust.orchintel.com) provides governance status, evidence guidance, and badge explanations. Enterprise customers receive program reporting and can request additional assurance artifacts under NDA.
