Does QiXCite include KeyCite/Shepard's access?
No. QiXCite integrates with third-party citator services only when customers provide their own API credentials and licenses. Optional adapters for Thomson Reuters KeyCite® and LexisNexis Shepard's® require customer-provided credentials. QiXCite does not bundle access.
Do you store my documents?
Default: no. QiXCite persists only hashed quote-lock spans, normalized citations, and minimal diagnostics. Full document storage occurs only when evidence bundling is explicitly enabled with a configured Evidence Sink.
Can it run in shadow mode?
Yes. QiXCite supports three governance runtime modes via IOA Proxy integration: SHADOW (observability), CONSENSUS (requires corroboration), and ENFORCE (blocks unsupported citations).
