QiXMind Documentation
QiXMind is OrchIntel's governed mental health AI workspace, built on QiXHealth: safety review, escalation tracking, follow-up obligations and signed session evidence receipts.
What QiXMind does
QiXMind drafts mental health safety reviews, intake summaries, care plan notes and referrals from a clinician's notes, under a governed profile. Configured safety checks run on every model output before it is shown. They look for specific wording and can miss risk. A fired gate must be acknowledged before sign-off, an escalation creates a follow-up with a deadline, and each reviewed session can produce a signed receipt that anyone can check offline for alteration.
QiXMind is available for service evaluation. It has been tested with synthetic data only and has had no clinical validation. Real-patient use requires approved clinical procedures and reviewed notices for the applicable jurisdiction.
Adult mental health profiles gate risk to self, risk to others, and crisis or reporting considerations. Youth mental health profiles add a child protection gate and ask how your service handles guardian consent. Both set a follow-up after an escalation, 24 hours by default.
